Rick Cadden, CCA, CCBA, is Pastor of Business Administration at First Baptist Church, Burleson, Texas. He has 28 years of leadership in Support Staff, Food Service, Facility Management, Operations, Risk Management, Budget and Finance, and HR. Rick is certified by The Church Network and the Baptist Leader Network plus an ordained minister. He has served as Children’s Pastor, Business Administrator, and Executive Pastor. Prior to ministry, Rick was self-employed in the automotive parts industry for 25 years.

Rick loves to network and share information and has been a frequent speaker on national, regional, and local levels. Rick has served as President of the Greater Fort Worth TCN Chapter, General Chair for The Church Network National Conference, President of the Baptist Leader Network, a session leader at Truett Seminary in the Business of Ministry Program, and a trainer for the TCN Certification Program.

Rick shares his time with several hobbies including cooking, being a seasoned musician, driving MINI Cooper rallies in TN, NC, and AR, and buying and selling pre-owned guitars and gear. He is married to Becky and has 3 grown children with 7 grandkids.
