Rick Burdon

 
 
 

Rick Burdon has been in church facility management since 2006 and currently serves in that role at Faithbridge Church in Spring, Texas.  He has been a member of the National Association of Church Facilities Managers since 2007, and currently serves on the NACFM Board of Directors.  Rick earned the Certified Church Facilities Manager (CCFM) designation from the NACFM in 2009.

From 1995 to 2006, prior to his Church Facility Manager career at Faithbridge, Rick was the Service and Parts Manager at Spring Cypress RV in Tomball, Texas. Before that, Rick worked in various capacities in the aviation industry including working for US Customs and as owner of Aviation Inc. at Hooks Airport in Tomball, Texas.

Rick attended Texas Tech University, The University of Texas studying business, and Texas State Technical College, where he earned his Airframe & Powerplant Certification and Private Pilot Single-Engine rating.  In 1983 Rick earned his Aircraft Inspection Authorization Rating, which he still maintains.

Rick and his wife, Peggy, have been married for 21 years and have 3 grown children: Matthew, with the Houston Fire Department; Brett, a football coach at Texas Tech University; and Whitney, a flight attendant with United Airlines.

Ricks enjoys golfing, numismatics, and fussing around with airplanes.
