Patti Mallot

 
 
 

Patti Malott serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Church Supplies & Services, Inc., a national nonprofit organization that connects faith-based ministries and resources. She also serves as Director of the Texas Ministry Conference, where 1,000 people gather each year to learn how to serve with excellence in their own ministries. 

Patti holds certification in Risk Management from Cambridge University. She also holds certification from the National Association of Church Business Administration (NACBA) and the Southern Baptist Church Business Administration (SBCBAA).

Patti served as Business Administrator over a span of 27 years. In 2002, she founded Upright Ministries, a national organization whose mission is to protect organizations by safeguarding people and streamlining processes. In 2005, Patti received the Church Management Hall of Fame Award for “outstanding contributions to church management and NACBA.”

Patti is often asked to speak on leadership, employment risks, streamlining processes, and reducing the risk of Sexual Abuse.  She is a regular guest each year at Baylor’s Truett Seminary in Waco, Texas, where she covers a 4-hour workshop on Wise Employment Practices.

In 2022, Patti co-authored the book, Working Remotely, a Framework for Success, with other authors. Her contribution covers: “Staff Meetings: Building a Cohesive Team,” “Hiring and Onboarding a Remote Workforce,” and “Transitioning from ‘On the Clock’ to ‘Getting the Work Done.’”

Patti and her husband, John, reside in Spring, Texas. They have two married sons, twelve grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren. As members of Champion Forest Baptist Church, they serve in various volunteer and leadership roles.   

 

When not serving or spending time with family, one of Patti’s favorite hobbies is hunting whitetail deer in Upper Michigan, where she uses a bow, rifle, and muzzle-loader. You can reach her at patti@churchco-op.org
