Doug Rogers

Upon graduation from Stephen F. Austin State University, Doug began his career in vocational ministry.  Over the next 13 years, he was blessed to serve several churches as Youth Director and Sports Ministry Director.  Since 2016, his call has been in the role of Minister of Facilities and Operations at Northside Christian Church in Spring, Texas.  During that time, he has been a proud member of the National Association of Church Facilities Managers, and in 2017, he was certified by the NACFM as a Professional Church Facilities Manager.

Doug and his wife, Karen, have two sons, Jake and Michael, and a daughter, Riley.  He believes that God calls His church to be united and work together for His Glory here on earth.  He sees the CO+OP as a shining example of this unity, which is what excites him about the opportunity to serve on the Board.
