Who Moved My Church? How the Brain Reacts to Change

Presented by:  Michael Euliss

Once a person locks onto a way of thinking or doing something, it is very hard to get them to see differently.  Additionally, they will attach very powerful emotions to their beliefs whether they are right or wrong.  Things today are moving faster than ever before and the church must be prepared to react so it can continue to be relevant to this generation.  However, in many places we are stuck in tradition just because it is hard to change.  In this session, we will look at the dynamics surrounding the reason people react the way they do when presented with change, even if it is for the best.
